How to place an Order…

Ordering is easy with Movie Replicas Direct. There are two different types of orders which can be placed through Movie Replicas Direct. You can Pre-Order, or place an in Stock Order.

Once you have located the item you wish to purchase. Determine if the item is an In Stock item or a Pre-Order Item. This can be determined by looking to the right of the product which will be an order box. Above the order box will contain a field that will say “In Stock” or “Pre-Order”. Pre-Orders are advanced orders of upcoming merchandise. Select the desired quantity to the right of the product and click Add to Cart or Pre-Order depending on if it is an in stock item or a “coming soon” item. Once an item is in your shopping cart you can continue to shop by clicking “Keep Shopping” to the left of your Shopping Cart. You can also Checkout by clicking “Checkout” or “Checkout with PayPal to the right of the Shopping Cart. Next “Step 2”, enter your shipping and billing information along with your payment method. When you select a shipping option and click apply, shipping charges will update on the page or they will automatically update on the review page. Scroll down and enter your email address and any coupons or notes for your order. To continue checkout click “Next” to the right of the page or “Previous” to the left to go back. Finally, “Step 3” Overview your order and make sure everything looks alright. After verifying and everything looks great click “Send Order” to the right of the page and your order is complete, or you can go back by clicking “Previous” to the left.

The rest is up to us. Your order is generally processed the same business day. If your items are “In Stock” your order will ship within 1 to 3 business days. If you have a Pre-Order the merchandise will ship as soon as it comes in stock at our facilities. If you have a mixed order “In Stock” and “Pre-Order” we will ship the items together when ever possible. If the Pre-Order item is more than 45 days from coming into our inventory, we will ship the in stock item in the 1 to 3 business day time frame and get the Pre-Order out to you as soon as it becomes available. If your order is on backorder we will notify you and give you a choice whether or not you would like to wait for the item, or to cancel part or all of the order. Out of Stock items will not be able to be ordered. These items could possibly be discontinued.
