How Free Shipping on Continental US Orders Works

The Movie Replicas Direct free shipping service is for any and all Continetal US (48 States) orders of $150.00 or greater with the exception of expedited orders like UPS Overnight, UPS 2 day, UPS 3 day...etc.

US orders are generally filled within 24 to 72 hours and ship within one to three business days. Please see methods and approximate time to destinations below:

International orders have a 2-8 week delivery time. These estimates are based on whether item is in stock and excludes weekends and holidays.

Customs and Duty Fees:

Your country may assess duties or other fees and may also have restrictions regarding merchandise entering your country which is the responsibility of the buyer. Taylored Industries assumes no responsibility for customs or restrictions. In short, please be advised you bear the responsibility of any and all import duties or other charges.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

It is important that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and will refund, or exchange an item for 90 days from the date purchase (less shipping charges). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will set up a return for you and provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please do return items, without contacting us for a Return Material Authorization. Please be aware that items returned without an RMA may be delay your refund or exchange. All items must be returned in the same unopened condition you received the item in. We cannot accept returns on opened or damaged items. If an item was damaged in shipping, please do not open package and contact the shipping carrier immediately and file a claim. We will assist you in any way we can for the claim. Returns must be made within 90 calendar days of when the order was received. Returns must be received within 10 business days of when return was requested. If you return an item, you may receive a refund (less shipping), exchange, or replacement of the item (if damaged).

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns are at the expense of the buyer and must contain the packing slip or a copy of the packing slip. Order Cancellations:

In Stock Items - After you place an order for an in stock item, the order can be cancelled as long as it has not started to be processed. Once your order has begun to be processed or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, item can be returned when you receive it (see return policy above).

Pre-Orders - A pre-order can be cancelled within 24 hours of it being placed. After 24 hours of it being placed, we ask that you do not cancel the order.

Special orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. This is because we are ordering the item specifically for you and cannot cancel our order with our vendor.
